Why Choose AstroGuard?

Wind, rain and debris protection

The coated fabric helps protect covered openings from hurricane winds, rain and flying debris.

Daylight through the fabric

The translucent weave lets daylight into your rooms while the panels are in place.

Lightweight for storm preparation

Flexible fabric is easier to handle than heavy metal panels when preparing for a storm.

Less space needed for storage

Frequently Asked Questions

Is AstroGuard approved for use in Florida?

Yes. AstroGuard has Florida product approvals, including configurations for high-velocity hurricane zones. The panel layout and attachments must meet the approval requirements for your installation.

Can I leave AstroGuard panels up all year?

No. The panels are designed for storm use and are removed afterward.

What warranty comes with AstroGuard?

AstroGuard comes with a manufacturer’s 10-year limited warranty covering manufacturing and material defects. We can provide the written terms with your estimate.

How is AstroGuard different from motorized hurricane screens?

AstroGuard uses fabric panels you attach by hand for a storm and remove for storage. Motorized hurricane screens lower from a housing using powered controls.
