Premium Shutter Lifetime Warranty

Naples Shutter, Inc. warrants that our shutters are guaranteed to remain fastened and will not separate or become unfastened where the stiles and rails are attached for the life of the Shutter. We further guarantee against any defects in workmanship for the life of the Shutter. The obligation of Naples Shutter Inc. is to repair or replace the shutters, under the following terms:

1. If Naples Shutter, Inc. receives written notice of the failure or defect on or before the first anniversary of the date of installation, materials and labor will be provided free of charge;
2. If Naples Shutter, Inc. receives written notice of the failure of defect after the first anniversary of the date of installation, all materials will be provided free of charge. A $75.00 service call will be charged. Additional labor charges and any special equipment required to perform the service (i.e. scaffolding, etc.) may be charged at the prevailing rate.

A Two Year Warranty applies to the painted surface of the Shutters. The paint warranty will be voided if the shutters sustain water damage.

The Shutters are not warranted against abuse, misuse, or natural fading from the sun. The Shutters are also not warranted against normal wear, deterioration and installations and or finishes that are not performed by Naples Shutter Inc. Warranties are not transferable. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase, location of the defect, etc.
