Son Jon Leach serves as president and son-in-law Brian Trecek spearheads the Sales and Hurricane divisions. Jon’s wife, Jennifer, handles the firm’s marketing. Marnie Trecek, Brian’s wife, claims to be a “silent partner” but her savvy business experience is frequently put to use at Naples Shutter. The families live, work and play in close proximity to each other and who knows, maybe the grandchildren will take over the reins of Naples Shutter one day.

In the Naples Shutter factory, husband and wife team Mario and Rita run the shutter manufacturing operations with skill and efficiency, and Mario’s brother Gerardo is a key member of the assembly team. In the finish and inspection department, Juan and Andrea translate their wedded bliss into a top-notch team that oversees painting, inspection, and repairs. And let’s not forget Uncle Tom, Kathy Leach’s brother-in-law, who has been piloting the front desk for ten years. Tom is a staple and a well-known friend to Naples Shutter clients.
